Where is the store based?

All orders are quality checked and lovingly packed by yours truly! (＝▽＝)
How long will it take to receive my order?
Unless I am out of the country, have health issues, or am swamped with manga deadlines, please expect your order to be shipped out within a week or two. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you. If you don't receive an email within 2 weeks, please contact me at mieri.hiranishi@gmail.com.
Once shipped, delivery times can vary depending on the efficiency of your local postal service:
- - Domestic: 2-10 business days.
- - International: 2-12 weeks.
How do you calculate shipping costs?
Shipping costs are automatically estimated by Fourthwall based on the weight of the package.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes I do! Please be advised that shipping costs are considerably higher, and unfortunately that is beyond my control.
Do I have to pay VAT or import charges?
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. Buyers are responsible for these payments. The charges vary by country, and at this time, I am unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
What if something is wrong with my order?

Refunds & Cancellations
Once your order has been processed and packed, refunds or cancellations are generally not accepted. Digital downloads, donations, and tips are also non-refundable and non-cancellable.
I am not responsible for lost or stolen mail.
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at mieri.hiranishi@gmail.com and I can refund or replace your item.
Will your name or the store name show up on the package? I'm not out to my family and would like to receive your package stealthily.
No it will not! Each package will have a cute "You have mail!" stamp branded onto it but there is no mention of the store name on the package so there should be no worries about getting outed. If you would like, I can remove the stamp branding from the package - please leave me a note during checkout so I know to do that!
